Manage Your Showreel: Welcome to the Dashboard

Quick Start Guide

Login to your Dashboard with your EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD.

Be sure to read the TIPS column at the bottom of this page for useful hints.

To add new work

Choose "My Spots"

Choose "Upload A Spot"

Select a file/s and upload it.
Ensure you've chosen an actual video file not a reference file to upload

When the upload is finished click the I'M FINISHED button.

VIDEO HINTS

Don't leave spaces or non-alphabetical characters in your video file names eg, no commas or apostrophies... or '&' etc
Don't navigate away from the Upload window when you're uploading.
Check that you are uploading an actual video file, not a Quicktime reference file.

In a few minutes your file will be processed, the time will depend on the number of files in the queue.

Typically this may take between 1 and 5 minutes.

Click REFRESH to update encode status.

A thumbnail will appear below when the file is processed.

You can change or edit

the order of your showreel,
add/edit captions
add keywords
and change the thumbnails
select specialties

PRESS 'SAVE' each time you're finished on that page.

To edit your personal information

Choose 'Edit Profile"

The navigation here is fairly obvious.

Email and personal information
Add your web, Twitter , facebook and IMDB info.
Add a CV, biography, gear list etc.
Make changes to your agent details

PRESS 'SAVE' each time you're finished on that page.

Again, should you have any queries or issues click the black SUPPORT tab on the left.

Dashboard Tips

TIP If you upload a new showreel spot and make it the first on your profile page, it will automatically appear on the website's front page.
TIP Custom uploaded Thumbnails must be at least 240 pixels wide and .jpg format to appear.
