Showreelfinder Customer Agreement

Payment Terms


You may select a Monthly or Annual payment schedule.

Invoices will be forwarded to you by email.

Monthly subscriptions continue until you notify us in writing.

Annual renewal invoices are forwarded to you before your anniversary date each year.

All accounts must be paid by due date.


Payment Methods
1. Paypal Subscription by credit or debit card.

2. direct bank deposit
You may pay your invoice directly into our bank account.
Our bank details appear at the bottom left corner of all our invoices.

3. credit card - single payment 
An online payment link appears in the body of your invoice email. 

1. To ensure we process any cancellation requests promptly, please be sure to send
these to [email protected] quoting your Showreelfinder profile name.

2. You should expect a confirmation reply within 48 hours.

3. NOTE: Services are contracted to the end of the calendar month, so if you cancel
after the last day of any month, you will still receive one final invoice.

1. late payment fee
If payment of this bill is not received by the due date a late payment fee of $9.95
exclusive of GST will be charged.

2. to avoid suspension
You will be sent a minimum of 2 emails as a reminder.
It is important to keep your email address on our records up to date.
Reactivation of your services will be charged at $9.95 exclusive of GST.

3. to avoid cancellation
You will be sent 1 additional email to the above messages.
Reactivation of your services will be charged at $19.95 exclusive of GST.

4. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any unpaid account at our discretion.


Showreelfinder  User Agreement

This Agreement is between Showreelfinder.com. ("Showreelfinder") and you ("you" or "User"), as a “Visitor” and “User “of Showreelfinder, and governs the terms and conditions of your use of the Showreelfinder website. This Agreement, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time by Showreelfinder(collectively, the "User Agreement"), constitutes the entire agreement between Showreelfinder and you , and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. By visiting this website you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement.


Showreelfinder does not warrant that our show reel web site service will be error free or uninterrupted. Our services are distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Showreelfinder will not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the website or service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showreelfinder from any claims resulting from your use of the website or service. You expressly agree that use of the website or service is at your sole risk. Neither Showreelfinder nor its service providers, agents, licensors, employees shall have any liability for any damages suffered by you or any other party as a result of the use or misuse of the service.

Showreelfinder is a registered Australian business in the state of New South Wales and subject only to Australian laws and jurisdiction, so for the moment these documents are only available in English.
Any legal dispute shall be remedied in the jurisdiction of New South Wales, Australia.

The copyright remains the property of the copyright owner at all times and the material may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever without the owners consent. Showreelfinder accepts sound and vision materials from Customers on the basis that they are free from any and all past, present, and future copyright claims and/or disputes. Customers take full responsibility for the copyright clearance of all moving images, stills, and music presented on their web pages. They warrant that Showreelfinder is not responsible for any third party claims and indemnify it from such.
